In this section you can learn all about the rates and rules that govern water services and delivery. The rates our customers pay depend on the type and size of water service. All Tariffs are approved the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC).
Effective immediately, September 30, 2018
The 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act reduced federal income tax rates effective January 1, 2018.
To meet these new tax requirements, this will be in effect for all customer classes in the Sahuarita Water Company LLC's (SWC) service area. Click here for more information: Income Tax Savings Notification
Notice of Application for Rate Adjustment and Financing
Sahuarita Water Company (SWC) has filed an application with the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) requesting adjustments to its rates and charges. SWC has also filed an application requesting financing authority for the purpose of purchasing the building in which SWC's office is located.
