Effective immediately, September 30, 2018
The 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act reduced federal income tax rates effective January 1, 2018.

Notice of Application for Rate Adjustment and Financing
Sahuarita Water Company (SWC) has filed an application with the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) requesting adjustments to its rates and charges. SWC has also filed an application requesting financing authority for the purpose of purchasing the building in which SWC’s office is located.
